Museum Visit During the Coronavirus
Read more about the necessary measures to ensure that your museum visit is as safe as possible in the COVID-19 era. Stay at home with symptoms.
Visitors who are unable to navigate their way through the museum independently are permitted to bring a companion with them for free.
The Van Gogh Museum considers it most important that the life and work of Vincent van Gogh is accessible to everyone, including people with a physical or sensory impairment.
We're aware that not every restriction is visible. That is why anyone who is unable to navigate his or her way through the museum independently, can bring a companion for free.
Do not forget to order the free admission ticket for your companion. You can order the ticket online, along with your own entrance ticket.
The Van Gogh Museum is actively striving to make the museum more accessible to visitors with a physical or sensory disability. We take visitors into account who like to use mobility aids, or people who need help from an interpreter or an assistance dog. Read more about our facilities:
