- Open daily from 9 am to 6 pm. Fridays until 9 pm, except for 29 May, 31 July, and 25 September. Have a look at the Vincent on Friday programme for more information.
October
- 1 - 11 October: 9 am to 6 pm, Fridays until 9 pm.
- 12 - 18 October: 9 am to 5 pm, Fridays until 9 pm, Saturday and Sunday until 6 pm.
- 19 - 31 October: 9 am to 6 pm, Fridays until 9 pm.
November
- 1 November: 9 am to 6 pm.
- 2 - November: 9 am to 5 pm. Fridays until 9 pm, except for 27 November. Have a look at the Vincent on Friday programme for more information.
December
- 1 - 18 December: 9 am to 5 pm, Fridays until 9 pm.

Admission
All tickets are available online and include admission to the permanent collection and current exhibitions. All visitors are required to pre-book a timed entry ticket.
Accessibility
The Van Gogh Museum is dedicated to ensuring accessibility for all of its visitors. Visitors who are unable to navigate their way through the museum independently are permitted to bring a companion with them for free and can use various facilities such as mobility aids.
Visitors with a hidden disability such as sensory sensitivity, dementia or PTSD, will be supported according to their needs while wearing the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Keychain.

How to get to the Van Gogh Museum by public transport or by car?
Public Transport
The nearest stops are Museumplein (tram: 2, 5 or 24, or bus: 357 or 397) or Concertgebouw (tram: 5, 12 or 24, bus: 347 or 357).

- Tram 5 (direction Westergasfabriek). Get off at the Concertgebouw stop.

Tram 19, change at Leidseplein to tram 2, 5 or 24. Get off at the Museumplein stop.
Parking
Located underneath Museumplein, Q-Park (entrance Van Baerlestraat) is the closest car park to the Van Gogh Museum. Please note that paid parking applies on the streets near the museum.
