Have you always wanted to know how Vincent van Gogh spent his final months? In this three-part video series, curators and researchers from the Van Gogh Museum talk about the huge number of works he produced, what inspired him and how he felt during this period. The series is available for € 15.
The video series offers you an insight into the curators’ research methods and their findings about Vincent van Gogh’s final months.
It takes you to the village of Auvers-sur-Oise, near Paris, where Vincent lived from May until his death in July 1890. See the locations that inspired him and learn more about the creation of masterpieces like Wheatfield with Crows, The Church at Auvers and his last painting, Tree Roots.

The video series consists of three episodes lasting a total of about 45 minutes and can be ordered for € 15. The episodes are in Dutch, with Dutch and English subtitles available.
