Discover what the art at the Van Gogh Museum has to tell you about the world, life and yourself during this unique online tour.
The Van Gogh Museum and The School of Life Amsterdam have joined forces to bring Vincent closer to you in these times of distance and invite you to have a look at his artwork from a different point of view.
During this tour, you will not only learn about the paintings, but also about life. Your life. Through his works of art you will have a look at yourself, your desires and sadness and you will gain a new understanding of the world in which you also live; the colours, the intensity, the beauty and the melancholy.
Our guide and faculty member of The School of Life, Aart Goedhart, will walk you through an empty Van Gogh Museum. He will challenge you to look better, think deeper, express yourself more clearly and, above all, experience more.
'What else can one do, thinking of all the things whose reason one doesn’t understand, but gaze upon the wheatfields?'
Vincent van Gogh
